Welcome to Tamo! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Tamo ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Tamo, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tamo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration in California.
